Just wanted some advice on any other good websites or even programs I can sign up for to find distressed properties in Arizona.I'm currently on FSBO.com but this site specifically doesn't have many options for homes to flip. Thanks, guys!

Most of what you will find is people claiming to have wholesale properties. When you get their property list and prices you'll find there's little to no margin for flipping. They usually over hype their ARV price and the wholesale price. That's been my experience.

I don't have any good site to recommend. Can't find any.
