I had a lot of money stolen from me by Jason Matthews and Pete Nguyen. They operate Omni-Ash LLC, Little Citizens Investments, and a company called obsidian. I signed a JV and put the money in. Found out they took out loans without my knowledge, didn't pay bills and contractors and let accounts go delinquent, they were going to let the property foreclose, and swindled at least $35k from the accounts. To this day they have not provided any receipts for the $35k Then when I took over the property they obstructed to signing any release documents or sale documents unless I let them off Scott free. Which I had to otherwise it would have been tied up in the courts for years with expensive hard money loans.

Most of what you will find is people claiming to have wholesale properties. When you get their property list and prices you'll find there's little to no margin for flipping. They usually over hype their ARV price and the wholesale price. That's been my experience.

I'd love to join but Friday evening is a bad time for me. Tuesday's and Thursday's seem to work best for most people. If there are other dates/times in the future I'd gladly attend.
