How do I find a good mentor ?

I just started learning about wholesaling about 6 weeks ago. I joined my local real estate investment group and it has been a wealth of information. I'm reading, watching seminars etc. But I need guidance .

I'm looking to team up with an experienced investor that I can help in their business In order to gain experience.

What is the best way to do this ?

I live in Annapolis Maryland

Hi Giselle Bellanca-Reuveni ! I would suggest completing your profile on here and posting a picture of yourself first. This way any potential mentors can see who they are talking to and learn a little more about your goals and what you do now :)

Then I would just start asking experienced investors what you can do for them. Try to provide value in some way without asking for anything in return. You prove that you are willing to work hard for them unconditionally and I'm sure you will eventually find what you are looking for !
I live in Oregon but am in southern Maryland for work till Jan. If you want to meet up and talk more, I always love meeting new people !

Good luck and have fun !!
