Investing In A small Multi Family
Hi Bigger Pockets Family,
I have been looking at small multi family 30 minutes away from where I live. It is a lot cheaper but would it be more less profitable because the housing market is a lot less then where I live in Canada. I live in Hamilton and the multi families go for 3 to 600k and out of town I am looking at 2 - 350. Also I live with my wife and child so it might be a little bit harder to do the house hack. I really want to grow my wealth and I do not think SFH's will do the trick and it would take a lot longer.
