I was just wondering how most property management company's get paid is it a % of income or a fixed rate. Is there any advise on what I should be looking for or what is a sign that these guys aren't right for me? This is most likely my next step in my real estate journey, getting a PM just wanted some input to give me some knowledge before starting the search.
