Finding where a good market is developing

Good evening my B.P peeps! So, as I'm heading closer and closer to hopefully buying my first income property, I'm wondering, how do I find developing markets in my state? As I continue my education in real estate investment, I've learned to invest in my "backyard" which is fine, only I don't know exactly where to look? Are there any websites out here that I am able to see where businesses are developing, people are moving to that I could analysis?

Thanks ahead of time!
