The attached article is somewhat dated but it focuses on the importance of coaching for agents but it is equally applicable to investors. These forums are a great source of coaching and anyone just starting out or even the most seasoned veterans on this site can both benefit and share experiences. For those serious about real estate Bigger Pockets is an invaluable tool.
