Should I sell or rent my home
I currently have a home that I have had for 4 years. Bought it for 90k still owe 80k valued at 114k. We plan to move into something a little bigger in about 5 years(have our second kiddo on the way). I can also have it payed off in just under 5 years with debt snowball. I want to get started investing in real estate and my question is would it be better to pay off and sell or rent or is there a better strategy to help get me on my way to investing? Thanks in advance for your help.
