Post: Looking for real estate agent or advice

I hope I posted in the right category. I am in the DFW area (Arlington) and am in need of a good real estate agent or advice. Our situation is we want to sell the house we are living in and put a down payment on another but we need the funds from the one we are in to do so. Living with someone with our two young kids while we transition is not an option we are comfortable with. Not sure if there are any other options. Any recommendations or advice is very much appreciated. Thank you for your time.

I currently have a home that I have had for 4 years. Bought it for 90k still owe 80k valued at 114k. We plan to move into something a little bigger in about 5 years(have our second kiddo on the way). I can also have it payed off in just under 5 years with debt snowball. I want to get started investing in real estate and my question is would it be better to pay off and sell or rent or is there a better strategy to help get me on my way to investing? Thanks in advance for your help.
