With 20-25k saved for a down payment, would it be better for one to invest in one 80-100k rental or two 50-60k rentals as far as turnkey rentals go?

I personally own B class property in the 50-60k range and find it comes down to having a quality PM. If you have the right team on the ground, the returns can be higher and the entry point is lower.
