@Ali Boone @Andrew Johnson I see, that's what I figured. I was eyeing a "commended" provider, though, in ks city and seen inventory in that 50-60ish range. Would it depend on the market or is this generally the case?

With 20-25k saved for a down payment, would it be better for one to invest in one 80-100k rental or two 50-60k rentals as far as turnkey rentals go?
