I am looking to gain knowledge and experience and would like to potentially work for free or meet up on a semi regular basis with experienced investors, especially contractors and realtors who actively invest or older wiser investors who simply want to share what they have learned and offer advice. I listen to the BP podcasts and get quite a bit out of them, now i'm looking to gain the next level of knowledge. If anyone is in the Jacksonville area I would be happy to meet up!

@Aaron Ingram you may want to share the direction that you are looking. Real estate investing is a very broad topic. Are you looking at SFH, commercial, fix and flip, buy and hold, wholesaling. What resources you come in with and your goals. In the words of Jonathan Livingston Seagul. "The gull sees farthest that flies highest." You need to know where you are in order to figure out where to go next.
