Needing help on starting my career

Hello guys. I'm really needing help someone to let me know what I need to do to start my Real Estate career. I know I want to do flips and brokerage. What do I need to get started with flipping homes can you guys share your experience with me please I'm all open ears and would love to listen and learn.  I want to be like a entrepreneur in real estate for sure.  Can someone mentor me or know someone that could mentor me please let me know. I'm trying to avoid going to real estate school. Thanks.
