Hey hello bigger pocket friends, my name is Dain Caesar and I am A newbie on the block trying to start out in my journey in real estate with bird dogging. What advice can you guys give on someone new to the game trying to start off with bird dogging. what would be the best way to begin my ???

 Sounds like wholesaling to me. I always thought a bird dog was someone who finds potential deals for wholesalers for a small fee (or a percentage of their profit) then selling to an investor to flip or wholesale
