21 - Moving to San Antonio
Good afternoon BP memebers!
My name is Troy and I am currently living in Germany with the US Air Force. I just found out I will be moving to San Antonio within the next few months so I am starting to look for some multifamily properties in the area. My number one priority right now is to find a multifamily property that I can house hack using my VA Loan.
I am wondering if anyone knows any recommended Real Estate agents in San Antonio that are familiar with working with investors or with VA Loans. I have about $15k saved right now that I want to use to explore the BRRRR method and flipping homes as well.
Thank you for any information and advice, I am very excited about moving to San Antonio and hope to really get work done while I am there!

I highly recommend Tim Macy . He's an AF veteran and he's an agent that's specializes in working with investors. He knows the local market very well and can definitely help you find a property that meets your goals.
