Good afternoon everyone,

Does anyone here know any commercial property inspectors working in San Antonio? We are looking at a 100 unit property and would like a good commercial inspector.

Thank you for the help!

I did my schooling online as well through a different company. After I passed my 6 classes, I took the in person Exam Prep course offered through Champions and that was a huge help. It's a two day course and they cover everything you need to know and also provide a nice study book. I highly recommend to do the Exam Prep course, it definitely helped me so I was able to pass the license test on my first try.

As for a first brokerage, I would go with one who will offer you the best training and try to find a mentor within whatever brokerage you do decide on.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. I'm still in my first year being licensed, but I'll try to be as much help as possible! And good luck with everything!

This is awesome, nice job!

If I may ask, what floors did you use in the kitchen area?

Good afternoon BP memebers!

My name is Troy and I am currently living in Germany with the US Air Force. I just found out I will be moving to San Antonio within the next few months so I am starting to look for some multifamily properties in the area. My number one priority right now is to find a multifamily property that I can house hack using my VA Loan.

I am wondering if anyone knows any recommended Real Estate agents in San Antonio that are familiar with working with investors or with VA Loans. I have about $15k saved right now that I want to use to explore the BRRRR method and flipping homes as well.

Thank you for any information and advice, I am very excited about moving to San Antonio and hope to really get work done while I am there!

My biggest challenge this year will be able to find my first deal. I am currently living in Germany so I am not currently researching any markets. Once I figure out my where I will be living next in the United States, which is in May, I will start researching the area and looking for a triplex to purchase with a VA Loan. I hope to have a solid understanding and a point of contact in whatever area I may land before I leave Germany so I can close on a triplex as soon as possible!

Hello everyone! My name is Troy Gonzalez and I am from Elmira, New York. I am 20 years old and am currently a cyber analyst for the US Air Force. The only real estate experience I have is being the demo guy for a home flipper during high school. I currently live in Germany for another year so I am trying to read and listen to as many podcasts as possible. I want to have a solid foundation of knowledge before I dive in next year. My goal is to flip 3 houses and own 3 rental properties before my contract is up in 2021. I found out about Biggerpockets from the podcasts and various Google searches.

I am definitely excited to be apart of these forums, I have been looking around and this seems like a really great community for information!
