$100,000 Question...How would you invest?

I have decided to jump back into real estate and would like to be able to generate 100,000 per year within 7 years.

Assuming I own no real estate today.  And I have $100,000 after tax to invest every year.

What would you suggest I do to achieve my goal?

I have read the two articles related to BRRR (selling two homes per year after 5 years) and the million dollar post related to multi family homes every 5 years. I find both very excited.

Would you pick one over the other...and why?

Or is there a different strategy, since I have more to invest than required by those strategies?

Looking forward to hearing thoughts, suggestions, and debate.

Thanks!

Michael
