Post: MLS Leads: Is this possible?

I would love if an experienced realtor could answer my actual question.

As for the two replies I received, I am not ever going to contact these leads to try and buy their property - so no legal issues.  No risk to

The county website does not work for me.  I need a large list of homeowners and their addresses to combine with multiple other data sources to create a very targeted list for my service.  I don't want to be looking up leads one by one.

Ideally I need a way to get large lists of homeowners with their homes for sale.

Any realtors able to answer this question please?

Thanks!

I know realtors can see a daily list of homes that have been placed on the market for sale in MLS. And I know that list can be set up to automatically be sent to a client.

My question is this...

Can the realtor also see the name of the homeowner? And if so, can the names be included in that daily email to a client?

I need the names and addresses of homes that go on the market each day for my specific marketing. If this is possible, I will be seeking a realtor to JV with.

Thanks for the reply.  Let me ask a more specific question.

I know realtors can see a daily list of homes that have been placed on the market for sale.

My question is this...

Can the realtor also see the name of the homeowner?  And if so, can the names and addresses be easily exported into Excel for example.

I need the names and addresses of homes that go on the market each day. If this is possible I will look to create a JV with a realtor.

This may have an obvious answer, so please excuse me if it has been answered.

I am interested in compiling the name and address of property sellers, ideally daily.

Is there a simple way to get a list of sellers and their names on one site?  Or, so I need to look up homes on a site, then go to another to research their name?

I am interested in doing this for a large volume of properties, so I'd rather find one website that has both.

Do realtors have access to that info in MLS, and if I had a relationship with a realtor, could their daily automated email include that info to me?

Thanks Bear.  That was not even on my radar as an idea.

Anyone else?  If you had $100,000 in new money every year.  How would you invest it to accomplish long term income?

I have decided to jump back into real estate and would like to be able to generate 100,000 per year within 7 years.

Assuming I own no real estate today.  And I have $100,000 after tax to invest every year.

What would you suggest I do to achieve my goal?

I have read the two articles related to BRRR (selling two homes per year after 5 years) and the million dollar post related to multi family homes every 5 years. I find both very excited.

Would you pick one over the other...and why?

Or is there a different strategy, since I have more to invest than required by those strategies?

Looking forward to hearing thoughts, suggestions, and debate.

Thanks!

Michael
