Where to buy pink evelop and yellow letter paper

To do the advertisement, I would like to print letters to absentee owners by myself using the pink or yellow envelop, and the yellow letter. Anyone here please tell me where can I buy the materials for the pink envelop or the yellow letter paper? Thanks very much.
