Hey BP, I'm a new investor starting out in currently a Real Estate Agent but my goal is to use that as a gateway to get into investing with the capital from commission and the knowledge I Obtain doing l transactions. Since I don't have a W-2 job I wanted to know if anyone knew how to go about finding hard money or private lender. Or if any investor in CT would consider meeting up with me to talk real estate I'll work for free to gain knowledge and experience. I would appreciate any help I can get! (Connecticut)

Be careful with hard money and then trying to refi without income history.

I do agree that it is a very good way to go if all of your numbers are good. Feel free to DM me if you want to talk numbers.

Hey @Rick Santasiere do you do long term hard money financing? what are your terms for experienced investors currently? points, interest, attorneys, inspections, appraisals, application fees, et cetera?
