I'm eager to get started, just wanted to see if anyone would give me a run down of the expenses and percentages set aside for each expense and why and how to come up with the initial Cashflow you are expecting to receive .. Hey BP, I'm a new investor starting out in currently a Real Estate Agent but my goal is to use that as a gateway to get into investing with the capital from commission and the knowledge I Obtain doing l transactions. Since I don't have a W-2 job I wanted to know if anyone knew how to go about finding hard money or private lender. Or if any investor in CT would consider meeting up with me to talk real estate I'll work for free to gain knowledge and experience. I would appreciate any help I can get! (Connecticut)
