NETWORKING TIPS FOR BEGINNERS

Over the past months, I've been networking by taking out investors to breakfast and picking their brain. I've found out that doing this type of networking is effective and a great way to gain contacts and a different perspective on real estate. 

What methods have you used to network and build those connections that have worked for you?
