What are my options for starting out?

Hi. I'd like to get started on something by June. I have 10k saved. I filed for bankruptcy and it was discharged in March 2015. I now have a credit score of 700. Im looking for REO properties in southeastern MA for no more than 175k. These homes are typically three families with 3 beds and 1 bath going for $900 in rent. I only qualify for an FHA loan because of the bankruptcy, but was wondering if this is the route I should take? I'm a single mom of three boys, so if I need to get started ASAP!
