Closing on my first investment property
Guys I am about to buy a Duplex as my first investment property in Poinciana Florida. The units were renting for $900 and i would like to raise the rent . What type of upgrades should i focus on to accomplish this?

It's area specific sometimes based on the taste but here in California my top 3 would be master bedroom with walk in closet, kitchen, and then yard if applicable. If there is no yard I would go ahead and do the master bath.
