Hi Bigger Pockets community. I am interested in doing some house flips in the Pensacola area and was wondering if there were any local members experienced in this area to mentor me in doing my first flip. I am also willing to do a partnership. Also any members who aren't local and reading this but just want to make suggestions your knowledge and expertise is welcome. Thanks
