Direct Mail Questions
HI BP community, I am a new investor looking to flip houses and start my direct mail campaign. I plan on getting an absentee owners list from listsource.com but had a few questions:
1. When getting an absentee owner list from list source, does it give me the address of the house the owner owns or the address of the owners current address?
2. I am having trouble on where to start mailing to. Should I start mailing to the small city that I live in and the surrounding small citites around me or should I just start in one of the bigger cities. I thought it might be a good idea to get my first property near me first.
3. Some tips on how to setup my postcard would be great.
4. Any other tips you would give me to get started on my direct mail campaign.
Please help, thank you.

2. Mail what you can afford. Start small and grow you region as you grow.
3. Ask the company making it what they recommend. So many possibilities. Be creative and make changes as you go.
4. Just start and work within your budget so you don't have to stop mailing. Consistency is key.
