Beginner Investing in Austin
I've been itching to get into real estate investing. I got my real estate license about a year ago and managed to close a few deals. I want to take the investor dive but don't know where to start. Rental homes appear hot right now (two of my clients moved into rentals). Growing up I did grunt work for a family member on fix-and-flips so I have an interest in going in that direction as well. I also looked at a a crowd funded real estate website. Does anyone have a few words of advise or some pointers? I want to get on this train before it passes me by.
Thanks in advance.
