Hello there, ive been on deployment and shortly returning home. While being here in my spare time ive read several books on investing and it has sparked my interest tremendously! Whenever I return home my wife and I are planning on buying our first rental in our local area. Biloxi,MS. If anyone has any advice or recommendation's for us they would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks Paul B.
