Questions to ask when seeing a home.

Hello everyone. I have been looking at properties in search of my first investment property. I want to get the best/most information on the property I can (obviously) but I feel my inexperience has left me to leave some things out. What are some questions I should ask the Realtor when looking at a home that someone might not think of to ask?Thanks.
