Good day to all, I thought it would be a good idea to have members post on here all or some of the known websites they know and use to find real estate deals. I know I do not know all of the sites and I am willing to bet most people out there would find new ones this way too! Feel free to post!

THE best websites is the county government websites. I use them constantly to find the actual data source for probate, code enforcement, sort by type of property, lis pendins, zombie properties, power of attorney, divorce, evictions just to name a few.
