I am Brand New to REI in NJ
Hello everyone,
So I am brand new to REI. I could not believe how much information I found on this site. I went through the course read the starting guides. I have to admit it feels rather overwhelming. So after going through the information I feel a little more ready than I was. I am looking into the fix and flip method to start out with. Does anyone have suggestions of where would be a good place to start looking for deals? I have been doing alot of searching through realtor.com Most of what I have come across is already pending. I am in NJ, but I have been looking at PA for opportunities.
I work a full time job so I am starting this out part time in REI.
Thanks in advance
