Looking for advice on mentorship in Arizona

Hey everyone! Im still kind of new when it comes to this industry and Im looking to get advice on how to find good mentorship or coaching. Most I've met out here in Arizona are in the end trying to sell me education for thousands of dollars or sell me there guides for money aswell. Im just looking for advice where to find some ethical mentors that would be willing to teach a committed newbie to this industry. Any advice pointing in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much Elliot
