Hello everyone! I'm new here and wanted to introduce myself. I'm really looking to get started in real estate, possibly wholesaling due to it's appeal to little money needed up front. I would like to eventually dabble in rental to make positive cash flow aside from a full time job. I really am looking to learn as much as possible and hopefully become financially free as well as have more free time. Any good pointers to get started would be great! Thanks!
