How is the Las Vegas market now a days? I have a budget of $150k and wondering if there are any worthy investments for a buy and hold strategy. Preferably I'm looking for SFR but also open to condos etc.. Thanks, JB

@Jaime Botello, be careful with that question. Responses are triggered based on their personal experiences. For me the market is great and for others the market is tough and there is no inventory. For you, it shouldn't matter. If this is the market you want to get into then make the connections with the people that are taking action and make it happen!

Good luck to you,

Louis
