I am hungry! I see potential all around me. Have been using the tools on BP to determine if they are really deals. I currently work from home so I can get out to drive the areas. I am going for my RE license as well. What I bring to the table is desire and a willingness to do whatever I can to begin. I offer 100% on what we do on the first property.
