Recommendation on lenders with great program in Philadelphia
Hi all,
I am a first time buyer and thinking to buy a du/triplex with the FHA 203k. My FICO score is 720+. I watched the BP podcast last week and saw there is one couple in NJ can put 10% down payment without paying any BPMI. I am wondering is there any banks/lenders in Philadelphia area that have similar program without BPMI? Please let me know. Thanks
