Hello BiggerPocket Community and Family. I'm Sam and I completely new to the site and real estate. I have been interest as most of you have been over the last couple years and have decide to become active. Like most I am soaking as much knowledge as I can and continue to look for wise people to learn from. Now I want purchase my first income multi family home preferably a quad. However I have a unique asset that makes it even hard to find what I am looking for. I work in aviation which gives me unlimited access to flying everywhere. So I struggle with where do I make my first purchase that would begin setting my future up for success. I live in Indiana, I work out of Philadelphia and my time is split between both location. So I need help with knowing how to make the better choice.

@Samuel Norris III Welcome to BP. The real key is finding a deal. The less jet A it cost the better. From what I have read on here Chicago is a good place but I have never been there. This will serve as a bump to your thread until someone in your area has a better idea.

Texas is pretty good around Dallas, Houston and Austin but I prefer New Braunfels north side myself. Specifically Creekside area. It is booming and will continue. Three years ago they had three building inspectors and one fire inspector and now they have three times that and still hiring. 40 minutes from Austin too.

That's may be up to two tanks of fuel though depending on your plane. Nice airport though. They do have many duplexes on the MLS in that area that are under construction. I would go with the commercial medical though. The whole area is teeming with medical professionals.
