Owner Occupied Lists

I intend on driving for dollars with a stack of door hangers to place on selected homes. I would like to avoid putting them on homes that are not owner occupied. Is there anyway to purchase a list of houses in a specified zip that can give me this info? I'm in Utah if that helps. 

If I sound like I don't know what I'm doing, well, that's because I don't. Wish me luck!
