Hi! I'm Tomas Patterson, and I'm just getting started in real estate investing. I'm interested in wholesaling to begin with, and then I plan on doing some fix & flips and eventually get some rental properties. But right now I've just been reading everything I can to learn about how the process works. I'm in the process of making my buyers list for wholesaling, so any investors interested please feel free to let me know. Also, is there anyone with any advice as to a investor friendly title company in my area? Any bit of advice to make my starting process easier will be appreciated!

Hey @Tomas Patterson,

Most title companies are investor friendly, but you have to let them know what you are doing. First thing to do is get very familiar with marketing to distressed sellers. Learn all you can with getting lists and sending postcards, letters or whatever so that they will call you. When you have sellers calling you, you will start making some money.
