Ok I will defiantly contact them. Thanks for the response. I had no idea sub2s could be closed by yourself. I'll look in to that more. Thanks again!

Hello, I was just wondering if anyone in the San Antonio, Texas area had any recommendations on a real estate attorney for closing owner financing/sub2 transactions?

Thanks for the reply. I will definitely change the wording of what I'm trying to accomplish based on what you've shared with me. I just really am trying to find a partner/mentor to help share their knowledge with me. I'll be looking to my local REIA for this as well.

I was looking in to wholesaling a couple of months back and didn't have any luck. I'll admit I didn't try for as long as I should have. My marketing went so-so for my first 4-6 weeks. I saw a couple of properties but none i could wholesale. I decided to put wholesaling on the back burner and study further in to real estate investing. I've found that some of those properties i looked at didn't work out only because i was only working with 1 tool. I'm gearing up to start my marketing campaign again and would like to know if anyone in the San Antonio, Texas area would be interested in being my mentor. I am definitely willing to hand over any good leads i find for owner financing and subject to if i could learn the process. Please feel free to inbox me if interested.

Hi! I'm Tomas Patterson, and I'm just getting started in real estate investing. I'm interested in wholesaling to begin with, and then I plan on doing some fix & flips and eventually get some rental properties. But right now I've just been reading everything I can to learn about how the process works. I'm in the process of making my buyers list for wholesaling, so any investors interested please feel free to let me know. Also, is there anyone with any advice as to a investor friendly title company in my area? Any bit of advice to make my starting process easier will be appreciated!
