North Jersey Wholesalers

Hello All!

This is my first post, My brother and I have been attempting to find wholesale deals for a few months now but recently encountered a huge obstacle. We were spending 3-4 hours every single friday night going out and putting up 35-45 bandit signs all over North Jersey. We were hitting highways, inner cities, the suburbs, you name it & we had bandit signs up. In our first 8 months we must have received at least 50 calls/leads and seen 30 houses, made 30 offers but were unable to put any under contract.

A few days ago we got a call from a NJ state trooper, he named every highway we liked to post on, how long we have been doing it and told us to stop or we could be hit with steep fines for each sign per day it is up.

I know there is no way we are the only ones who have encountered something like this, do we stop? Or is there a workaround we can take advantage of? We have considered changing the format of the signs, the message, the color and even the google voice number so our next batch cant be connected to the warning we already received. Sidenote: We just received a fresh re-stock of 300 signs 2 days before the call from the state trooper :(

Aside from bandit signs, what other methods yield the best results for looking for wholesale deals? Any and all input is welcome!!
