Flipping our first property in Houston TX

Hi BP! My husband and I are planning to flip our first property here in Houston, Texas very soon. We would love to partner with an experienced investor on our first flip, who would be interested in splitting the profit 50/50. We do love the idea of having our potential partner also mentor us through this process. Please advise on any recommendations on experienced investors locally that would want to partner up on a deal. Also, any recommendations for private/hard money lenders. Thank you!

As Cameron mentioned above, since you are new you always want to be a value add to whomever you will work with.. and yeah the 50/50 split is great as long as you are going to bring something to the table that is worth or at least close to 50% of the whole thing.

Happy hunting!
and Happy New Year!!

Nick
