New to Dallas Real Estate

Hi everyone! I recently relocated to Dallas TX and I am researching the area. Looking to connect with investors who are willing to share any investing insight. What areas to research etc.. I moved from Santa Fe NM. Real Estate is much different. I have a rental property in Santa Fe that will be vacant in January and be ready for a new tenant February 1st, 2017.
