Good Morning all,

I am Dennis . I am just getting started in REI. Lately, I have run into some resistance with the terms Double closing and / or Simultaneous Closing as it relates to a little or no money down REI techniques. I have been doing a lot of studying and all of it seems to make sense except for this road block.

I have a few questions related to these topics.  

1) Are these legal in the state of Arizona

2) if they are legal, what is the list of required documents for these types of closings ?

3) Are there any known title agencies in Arizona that will work these closings ?
