Hello everyone.

I am planning get my first deal for 2017 in the Aurora, Naperville, Montgomery area in Illinois. Looking for multi family apartments and looking to partner up with new and experienced investors and learn from and with them. 

I am opened for any advice or suggestions.

@Sergio Mendoza make sure if you intend to invest in Aurora, you read up on their landlord policies. You will need to be certified, and go through some classes in order to be able to rent there. Just FYI!
