Starting From Scratch.

So i'm starting from scratch and i want to know how you'd do it. Wholesaling of course i know. I'm going to have business cards drawn up and find a place to "farm."

Where do i go from there? Bandit signs seems like a waste of time and money around here because there are TONS. Only know of one local REIA club and it's once a month about 40minutes away. I drive around looking for houses a lot and try contacting owners. I've started writing a few lowball offers but no bites as of yet. I have a business plan and goals.

How do i meet more people who are in the business? What is a good way to get busy and effective. I don't mind grinding for a long time but at what?

Thanks for the help, glad to be on the forums again.
