Hey BP, at the moment I am trying to make a list for me to start sending yellow letters to. I've been writing down the address of absentee owners for code violations for surrounding counties around Orlando, Florida that I want to focus on. This week I will be going to the eviction courts and county clerks office to find records of recent evictions, probates, and when auction sales are happening. Im starting to collect all this data but how do I use it to my advantage? I must send my first mailing Jan. 7th and every week following. Please help!
