Hello all, My name is Shawn. I recently graduated from pharmacy school and currently working as a pharmacist in the state of Massachusetts. I am 26 years old and plan to buy my first property very soon.. I just want to make sure it's the "right" one. I am still living at home with my parents, but actively looking for duplexes/multifamilies. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I currently have student loans as well. Thank you!

Ah... to be 26 again ....
@Shawn D. are you thinking of house hacking?
I'm sure that since you're on BP,  you've been reading blogs and listening to podcasts. Make use of the calculators they provide to determine whether a property is worth pursuing. The property meant for you will come your way.
