Any suggestions for finding good property management/realtor?
Hi all. My name is Chad and I live in the Los Angeles area. My wife and I are looking to purchase an apartment complex outside of California. We haven't settled on a spot yet, but we're considering Texas, Utah, Colorado, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, and the Midwest. We aren't too particular on location - we're mostly concerned with great cash flow and property management. My wife and I both work full time and won't be able to do much property managing from California. Unfortunately, this means we will rely heavily on a property manager. Any suggestions on how to find a good realtor and property management company from out-of-state? Heck, if any of you all know of a great property management company it may influence where we look for our property. Thanks in advance!

@Chad Haes once you pick the area then ask investors on BP who they use in that particular market. Another good source is your real estate agent you use in the market (if you use one) and ask for their recommendation because they want you to have a good one so you buy more property from them.
