Hello BP community It's been a while since I been on here. I'm currently living in a apartment but my lease is up in may. I was wondering should I live in a house or get another apartment lease while I rehab and flip a house.

Hello community I'm currently doing my research as a newbie to the industry and was wondering if I should buy a house, live in the house and rehab to flip it or buy one to rehab so that I could rent it out? I've listened to podcast and they are very helpful. I'm currently in Jackson, Ms and would like to test the waters. Which is the better thing to do first? What should be my max price when looking at my first house?

Would it be a good idea to get my real estate license at the age of 22 without any pre-knowledge? What are usually the grand total for fees? How long does the process take? Are there any brokers or agents in the Jackson, Ms area that'll show me the ropes and become a sponsor?

Hey I wanna start flipping homes. Where do I start? I was suppose to attend a REIA meeting today but got postponed. What's a helpful niche with this investment? I know it will be challenging to do it from scratch but I'm willing to put in the effort. They're aren't many investors or agents here to run under to absorb information. Hello, I'm writing because I'm nervous about tomorrow. Tomorrow I will be attending my first REIA and I have little knowledge. I've been listening to the podcast and they are very informational and motivating. Is there anything I need to focus on listening to important? Should I bring a notebook and pen? I'm a wreck over here, I'm really trying to my a lifestyle out of real estate. If anyone is out there any advice would be helpful.
